I've been planning on doing a weekly roundup of interesting or inspiring posts from the blogsphere for sometime now.

So here it goes, a few posts that grabbed my attention in the past week

PC Magazine has released the list of its top 100 blogs of 2007.

There are some quality blogs in the list. You probably already have some in your RSS reader, but I'm sure you'll find some more real gems.

John from Lammo.net has written an excellent article on eating an elephant. Yes, thats right, learning how to eat an elephant is an essential skill in the world of affiliate marketing. We were had. Done like a dogs dinner. Yup, Shoemoney was not hacked after all, it was an April fools day joke.

Jeremy says that the Matt Cutt's hack is also a joke, but it still down, so I'll have to take his word for it!

It appears that the blogs of Matt Cutt's and Jeremy Schoemaker (Shoemoney.com) have been hacked and brought down.

Matt Cutt's blog proudly states: "This site have been hacked by Dark SEO Team". It seems to be a stunt to make a point about Google's inabilty to filter duplicate content properly and relate it back to its source.

Love them or hate them, the blogsphere is a massive part of the web and is of increasing importance. Initially conceived as a way for individuals to easily maintain an online personal diary, blogs have become a powerful business instrument.
